Why P-Let?

We offer a two part service……..

Part 1 includes advertising your property on RightMove. We sort out the advert after making an inspection of the property and take control of the problem relating to finding a tenant. Once a tenant is found we deal with the credit referencing and help you make the choice. We sort out the bond and lodge it with DPS. We even attend when the tenant moves into the property. For this we charge a flat fee which is taken from the first month rent.

Part 2 includes property management which some of our clients prefer for ease of mind. Property management includes taking care of the property and making visual inspections based on construction experience and sound professional knowledge. We notify you and keep you informed.

We do not need a High Street presence so costs are reduced accordingly.
