It is a quiet backwater at the edge of Melmerby Village with easy access to the surrounding countryside. The owners are keen on outdoor activities ready to give help and advice on where and when to fish the local rivers and lakes, sail, play golf, walk the fells or simply amble through attractive woodland and open countryside.
